About the event

Join us in the New Year as we lay the foundation for leading healthier, more purposeful lives—both on and off the homestead!


These micro-classes are crafted to enhance your comprehension of the immune system's workings and equip you with tools to make small, natural improvements to boost your immune system. We'll kick off the series with the first class Thursday January 16th at Patti's Place at Laurel Grove Wine Farm. Seating is limited and RSVP's are required. Classes are $10 to cover costs of marketing, materials, and staff.
