We'll be joined by Kristin Tesdall of Five Roots Farm for our Gut Healing Homemade Marshmallows & Raw Milk Hot Cocoa class where you'll learn all about the benefits of these nutrient-dense foods. 🥰 Kristin will demonstrate how to make these delicious, gut-loving treats while explaining the health benefits behind each one.
