Valley Mill Bakehouse at Patti’s Place at LGWF
Learn about the history of mills and grain here in the Valley, discover the health benefits associated with fresh milled wheat, gain understanding about the different types of grains, how to source and store them, learn tips on baking with fresh milled wheat, sample delicious recipes, and observe a milling and baking demo by Nicole Russell (owner of Valley Mill Bakehouse).
